Price Information
All prices are based on prevailing rates at the time of publication and are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a holiday is fully paid for, the price is guaranteed unless impacted by government action or other circumstances beyond the control of Northern Circuit Adventure. Clients will be notified promptly if such changes occur.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- Deposit Requirement
- A 30% to 50% deposit is required to confirm your safari or mountain climbing booking.
- The deposit secures accommodations, park fees, and other essential arrangements.
- Payment should be made via bank transfer, credit card, or mobile money (Airtel Money, M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa).
- Balance Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 to 45 days before the trip start date.
- For last-minute bookings (within 30 days of travel), full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure: Partial refund (minus administrative fees).
- Cancellations 30–59 days before departure: 50% of the total cost is refundable.
- Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: No refund (100% cancellation fee applies).

Rates
Rates include:
- Safari vehicle and driver/guide services.
- Full-board accommodation.
- Government taxes, hotel service charges, park entry fees, and game drives (as outlined in the itinerary).
Rates exclude:
- Departure taxes, visas, gratuities, beverages, laundry, or other personal expenses.
- Special room types or upgrades may incur additional charges.
Accommodation
Rooms with private bathrooms, based on double occupancy, will be booked whenever possible. Single rooms and private bathrooms are not guaranteed.
Transportation
Safari vehicles are provided based on the itinerary and group size. Subcontractors may occasionally be used for specific services. Multilingual driver guides (English, French, Spanish, German, or Italian) are available upon request.
Tour Alterations
Northern Circuit Adventure reserves the right to adjust routes, arrangements, or accommodations if necessary, substituting options of equal value. Scheduled tours may also be canceled, with appropriate refunds issued.
In the rare event of rerouting due to accommodation or campsite availability, clients will be notified in advance.
Insurance & Liability
Northern Circuit Adventure is insured for legal liabilities related to injuries sustained in our vehicles, under the jurisdiction of Tanzanian, Kenyan, Ugandan, and Ethiopian courts. We strongly recommend securing comprehensive personal insurance to cover potential risks during your trip.
Safety
Wild animal encounters are minimal on safari, as most animals avoid human contact unless provoked. Always follow your guide’s instructions for safety. Interestingly, the most dangerous animal in Tanzania is the mosquito—be sure to protect yourself accordingly.
Cuisine
Tanzania offers a variety of international dishes, as well as local specialties like fresh seafood, spiced tea, and Halua, a delicious almond-based dessert. On the coast, enjoy flavorful biryanis and curries. Only consume bottled or boiled water.

For a worry-free safari or mountain adventure, we strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to cover:
