🏔️ Rongai Route: A Unique Northern Approach to Kilimanjaro
🌍 What Makes the Rongai Route Special?
🌅 Ascends Kilimanjaro from the northeastern side, along the Tanzania-Kenya border
🌿 Offers an unspoiled wilderness experience with fewer crowds
👀 Provides a unique perspective of Kilimanjaro by approaching from the north
⚠️ Important Note:
The Rongai Route’s topography does not support the “climb high, sleep low” principle, making hikers more susceptible to altitude sickness. 🏥 For this reason, we highly recommend adding an extra acclimatization day to improve your chances of a successful and comfortable climb.
