📍Day 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

You will meet our professional driver-guide at your hotel for a brief safari orientation to go over the itinerary and highlights of the day. After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will set off on our journey to Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania’s most picturesque and ecologically diverse wildlife sanctuaries.
Nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment, Lake Manyara National Park is a true gem for nature lovers. The park’s centerpiece is its vast, shallow soda lake, which stretches across two-thirds of the park and shimmers under the African sun. This unique ecosystem supports a stunning array of flora and fauna, making it a haven for wildlife enthusiasts.
During our game drive, keep your eyes peeled for some of the park’s most famous residents. The tree-climbing lions are a fascinating sight—these majestic cats are often seen lounging on acacia branches, a rare behavior not commonly observed in other parks. The park is also home to one of Africa’s largest elephant populations, providing incredible opportunities for close encounters with these gentle giants. Bird enthusiasts will be captivated by the vibrant flocks of pink flamingos that gather along the lake’s edge, drawn by its nutrient-rich algae, along with hundreds of other bird species that thrive in this biodiverse haven.

📍Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Return to Arusha Non-game-viewing travel time: Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours – Distance: 60 km (within the crater) & 190 km (to Arusha)
On our final day, we will begin early in the morning. After enjoying breakfast, we will drive to Ngorongoro Crater and descend 2,000 feet to the crater floor in our 4×4 vehicle. Prepare to explore this “Garden of Eden.” Ngorongoro is a vast and deep volcanic crater featuring rich pastures, swamps, forests, and permanent water, all contributing to its diverse and abundant wildlife. Up to 25,000 large animals🦁🐘🦓 inhabit this area, providing an excellent opportunity to see black rhinos and other rare species, such as the black-maned lion. We will have a fantastic day witnessing wildlife at its best. In the late evening, we will return to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your lodge or hotel. This marks the end of our tour.
