Summit Kilimanjaro via the Machame Route in 6 Day

Northern Circuit Adventure Tanzania

Overview
Machame Route: The Machame Route, often referred to as the “Whiskey” route, is a challenging yet rewarding option for climbing Kilimanjaro over 6 days. This route is the second most popular and is renowned for its stunning scenery. Climbers will sleep in tents (which are provided), and meals will be served in a dining tent or on a blanket outside.

The trek spans 6 days, allowing for easier acclimatization and resulting in a fairly high success rate. It is best suited for physically fit individuals with some hiking experience. The descent is made via the Mweka Trail, with the final night spent at either Mweka or Millennium Camp on the mountain.
